I review the beers I drink

Villa Sparina – Gavi 2022

A DOCG white wine from Piemonte. Smells of fresh apple, pear, and honeysuckle. The taste is bright and very smooth with flavors of green apple, pear, lemonade, and honeydew melon on a soft medium body. The finish is dry with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of elderflower, lemon zest, grape leaves, and cantaloupe. Overall, this a very complex yet refreshing wine; not too dry, not too tart, with wonderful bright fruity flavors.
