I review the beers I drink

Scaia – Garganega / Chardonnay 2022

A 2 grape white blend from Trevenezie. Smells of apple blossom, honeysuckle, and jasmine. The taste is bright with just a touch of sweetness, and flavors of white grapes, pear, green apple, and brioche on a slick light body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness and moderately high in acidity, featuring notes of grape leaves, green apple, lychee, and fresh baked croissants. Overall, this is an absolutely incredible white, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, floral and dry, complex yet bright and refreshing. Quite the bargain at $14/bottle.

ABV:12.5%

Malts:55% Garganega, 45% Chardonnay
