The finish is long and lightly nutty, featuring notes of hazelnut, apple skins, Brazil nut, buttered brioche, and a lingering raspberry lemonade flavored acidity underneath. Overall, it’s bolder than I expected, very tart up front and nutty in the finish, with the rosé flavors being more in the background; it’s kinda like champagne mixed with a dash of raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
