I review the beers I drink

Moët & Chandon – Rosé Impérial Brut

Pours a pale pastel pink, smells of rosewater, grapefruit, and grape leaves. The taste is bright and creamy with flavors of tart cranberry and cherry with strawberry and raspberry underneath the medium, lightly sparkling body. The finish is long and lightly nutty, featuring notes of hazelnut, apple skins, Brazil nut, buttered brioche, and a lingering raspberry lemonade flavored acidity underneath. Overall, it’s bolder than I expected, very tart up front and nutty in the finish, with the rosé flavors being more in the background; it’s kinda like champagne mixed with a dash of raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
