I review the beers I drink

Moët & Chandon – Impérial Brut

Pours a clear pale straw color, smells of fresh baked brioche, browned butter and hazelnut. The taste is bright and creamy with flavors of buttered brioche, honey, and apple on a lightly sparkling body. The finish is long with a low to moderate acidity, featuring notes of lemon, hazelnut, cashew, and minerals. Overall, this has a much better balance in my opinion than the rosé, and I really enjoy the evolution of each sip, aroma to initial taste to finish is expansive yet refined and unique to champagne (in my very limited experience).
