I review the beers I drink

Martini & Rossi – Asti Spumante

Clear pale golden in color, smells of white grape juice, Moscato, and honey. The taste is bright and very sweet with flavors of apple, pear, white grape, peach, and honey on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and sweet with a light acidity, featuring notes of strawberry, grape juice, green apple, and tangerine. Overall, it’s well balanced and light, but also extremely sweet, a little too much for my palate, though I’m sure it would be fabulous in cocktails.

ABV:7.5%
IBU:
Malts:Moscato Bianco grapes
Other:Charmat Method secondary fermentation
Yeast:Sparkling Wine
