I review the beers I drink

Mionetto – Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry

Pale golden in color, smells of honey, jasmine, and nectarine. The taste is rich and structured with layered flavors of peach, nectarine, green apple, pear, and hints of tangerine and wildflower honey on softly effervescent medium body. The finish is long yet clean, featuring notes of green apple, pear, lemon, and subtle strawberry as well as a pronounced minerality as a counterpoint to the acidity. Overall, this is the best Prosecco my inexperienced palate has ever had, it has layer up on layer of juicy fruit flavors that in turn seamlessly transition over time until overcome with tartness and salivation, leaving mineral water and just a hint of lingering sour on the tongue. I really want to try and get ahold of the Cartizze variant next year (or sooner).
