I review the beers I drink

La Marca – Luminore Prosecco Superiore Brut

Pale straw in color, smells of honeysuckle, pear, green apples. The taste is rich and bursting with flavors of peach, green apple, pear, and white grape juice on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of green apple, lime, pear, and lychee. Overall, this is much bolder and more flavorful than the base prosecco, but also dryer (and consequently more tart) which makes the overall experience more fruit forward but also finishes cleaner.

ABV:11%
IBU:
Malts:Glera grapes from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG
Other:Charmat Method secondary fermentation
Yeast:Sparkling Wine
