Smells of roasted coffee, cinnamon, and vanilla. The taste is smooth and lighter than the others with flavors of horchata, cherry, and maple syrup on a smooth light body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and acidity, featuring notes of dark chocolate, tart cherry, and pecans, and subtle oak. Overall, it’s quite enjoyable and probably the least acidic of all the Tree House coffees I’ve tried, though there is still a slight sourness. Adding cream does remove nearly all of it though and makes for a very nice, very flavorful experience.
