I review the beers I drink

Meier’s Creek – Choccy Milk

Flashlight shows a deep crimson hue with light head retention, smells of coffee, chocolate, and toasted grains. The taste is crisp and creamy with flavors of chocolate milk, mocha cappuccino, and caramel on a silky smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, vanilla cream, coffee, and smoke. Overall, it’s not as sweet or thick as I had expected given the name, as well as unexpected coffee notes, but it is quite smooth and well balanced with a lovely palette of flavors used. I would happily order this if I saw it on tap somewhere, and I expect it would be even better.
