I review the beers I drink

Masi – Masianco Pinot Grigio 2022

A Pinot Grigio from the Friuli region, made with Pinot Grigio and a small portion of appassimento Verduzzo grapes.

Smells of pear, wildflowers, and honey. The taste is bright but dry, with flavors of green apple, pear, clover honey, and brioche on a light body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and with a mild acidity, featuring notes of green apple, kiwi,  asparagus, and minerality. Overall, it’s quite refreshing, not too dry, not too tart, but very balanced and “fresh” on the palate.

ABV:13%
IBU:
Malts:85% Pinot Grigio, 15% Verduzzo Appassimento
Yeast:Wine
