I review the beers I drink

La Marca – Prosecco

Pours an extremely pale straw color; smells of jasmine, honeysuckle, and pear. The taste is lightly sweet and bubbly with flavors of pear, green apple, and peach on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long with a light lingering acidity, featuring notes of green apple, pear, and lime. Overall, it’s a solid prosecco with a balanced sweetness and acidity, without being overly sweet or dry.
