The taste is rich and fruity with flavors of fig, plum, raisin, cherry, caramel, chocolate, and vanilla on a super thick and smooth body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, herbal hops, black cherry, oak, and vanilla. Overall, it’s a solid baseline entry, reminiscent of chocolate covered fruits, though a bit rough around the edges. I’ll be interested to see how this one ages.
