The finish is long and moderately dry with a light acidity, featuring notes of green apple, pear, white grape juice, grape leaves, melon rind, and lemon peel. Overall, it’s a solid and refreshing wine, though perhaps a bit one dimensional. Works well for patatas panaderas!
