Common Roots – Rising from the Ashes 2026

Clear with solid head retention, smells of toasted bread, floral hops, and honey. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted dinner rolls, Ritz crackers, and caramel with subtle hints of apple and cherry underneath the soft and smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit peel, burnt toffee, and spicy/floral hops. Overall, this is an incredible Vienna lager and absolutely delicious. As this brewery is local to me, I hope this becomes a permanent beer on the roster!
