I review the beers I drink

Campo Viejo – Cava Brut Rosé

Clear with no real head retention, smells of strawberry, peach, and watermelon. The taste is crisp and lightly sweet with flavors following the nose of strawberry, peach, watermelon, apricot, and pear on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and dry with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of raspberry, sour cherry, grape leaves, and subtle hints of grape skins. Overall, this is a pleasant variation on the base cava, with extra fruity, and slightly jammy notes throughout.
