I review the beers I drink

Ayinger – Oktober Fest-Märzen

Clear with light head retention, smells of fresh baked biscuits, knäckebröd, and a touch of honey. The taste is crisp and malty with flavors of toasted biscuits, caramel, honey, and spätzle on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal and spicy hops with just a touch of toffee underneath. Overall, this is a very good märzen, with a strong malt body and a perfect balance between it and the hops.
