So, I picked up some cans of cold brew coffee at Tree House, and figured I might as well review them here even though I don’t actually drink that much coffee normally and haven’t really developed a palate or have preferred styles or anything.
Smells of chocolate, roasted coffee, and a hint of pecan. Taste is bright and lightly acidic with flavors of chocolate milk, crème fraîche, and a touch of tart raspberry. The finish is long and smooth with minimal bitterness, and featuring notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, walnut, and lychee.
With heavy cream: pretty much the same, just smoother bodied.
