Tree House – Beginner’s Mind

Very hazy and extremely murky with light head retention, smells of peach, papaya, nectarine, and pineapple. The taste is juicy and bright, with flavors of peach, pineapple, tangerine, mango, candied lime, and white grape on a smooth, medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lime peel, cantaloupe, grapefruit, apricot, lemon zest, pine, and floral hops. Overall, this is a fantastically bright and layered IPA! Very nuanced and lively, an underrated gem in the Tree House portfolio.
