I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Bavarian Pils

Smells of crisp lager yeast and light malts with a heavy dose of citrusy hops from the Mandarina Bavaria variety used. The first thing I actually notice on this beer is the HUGE creamy mouthfeel, feels like I’m drinking a milk stout. Flavor starts out with a crisp, almost sweet malt presence then blossoms into a citrus and floral hop bitterness. Finish is crisp and lightly bitter with citrus peel notes. An amazing pils, complex and incredibly drinkable.
