Hazy with minimal head retention, smells of tart raspberries and doughy malts. The taste is tart and fruity, again with berry notes, with a medium body. The finish is very clean with no bitterness and a low amount of puckering, but with the expected astringency to induce salivation. Overall, it’s a decent sour, albeit perhaps overly palatable/safe. Easy enough to drink either way.
