Clear with minimal head retention, smells of cheap American lager, wet cheerios, and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and breast with flavors of saltines, Ritz crackers, and sourdough on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grassy hops, and mineral water. Overall, I swear I’ve had this before but didn’t see it on here yet; it’s a light beer. I don’t really enjoy any light beer because light beer is usually just regular beer + water. This one doesn’t taste as completely watered down as most American macro pilsners, but the taste and smell are still of cheap lager. Is there really a market for this? Do Bud/Coors/Miller drinkers want a slightly fancier version of what they already have? Are they willing to pay more for this?
