I review the beers I drink

Nat Cool – Tinto Bairrada 2024

Pours a clear blood red hue, smells of strawberry rhubarb jam, cherry pie, and wild berries. The taste is crisp and lightly jammy with flavors of raspberry, blackberry, cherry, and strawberry on a silky medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of grape leaves, raspberry, strawberry, juicy medium rare steak, and a touch of forest floor. Overall, this is a nice and balanced red, not too tart or jammy or earthy, but just enough of each of those to satisfy the palate. A great table wine.
