I review the beers I drink

Flying Bison – Larkin Lager

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of clean lager yeast and pale malt. The taste is crisp and bready with notes of caramel and stone fruit paired to a medium body. The finish is short and low in bitterness, with a flash of herbal hops before it all fades to a neutral grain flavor. Overall, this is very refreshing, and very sessionable; an excellent lager!
