I review the beers I drink

Beak & Skiff – 1911 Raspberry Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of raspberry, green apples, and rosé champagne. The taste is bright and crisp with flavors of raspberry, green apple, and pear on a thin effervescent body. The finish is long and moderately acidic, featuring notes of raspberry, lime, and green apple. Overall, it’s a nice light and refreshing cider, though somewhat one dimensional with the raspberry and tart green apple flavors dominant throughout.
