Decided to take a short break from beer and review the Apothic series of wines to keep my palate sharp.
Pours a clear straw color, smells of apple, pear, and apricot. The taste is bright and semi-sweet with notes of apple, pear, and honey on a light body. The finish is long and tart with a low to moderate acidity and featuring notes of melon, jasmine, and apple skins. Overall, it’s a nice light and refreshing white blend, not too sweet, not too tart, and pleasantly fruity.
