The taste is sweet and rich with flavors of bright green apple, floral red apple, and luscious caramel on a smooth medium body. The finish is long with no bitterness and a mild acidity, featuring notes of green apple, vanilla, and a hint of lemon. Overall, the aroma is a little weird, but they nailed the flavor profile of a caramel apple and the result is a damn tasty cider.
