Made a trip up to Montreal and picked up some Quebecois Belgian beers to enjoy, though these first four aren’t completely Belgian in style.
Crystal clear with no head retention, smells of fresh dough, honey, and wildflowers. The taste is crisp and doughy with more floral honey notes on a smooth medium body. The finish is moderately long with very little bitterness, just a touch of grassy/herbal hops and some residual dough. Overall, it’s a solidly sessionable beer with a refreshing, thirst quenching quality.
