Campo Viejo – Cava Brut

Clear with a quickly dissipating head, smells of pear, apple, and wildflowers. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of white grape juice, green apple, pear, and kiwi on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of lime zest, Makrut lime leaves, green apple, honeydew, cantaloupe, and lychee. Overall, this is a delightfully bright and zesty cava; brut but not boring or bland!
