Campo Viejo – The Red Blend 2024

Pours a clear blood red hue, smells of cherry, blackberry, and plum. The taste is lightly sweet and fruity with flavors of grape juice, plum, cherry, blackberry, and fig on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness and with a mild acidity, featuring notes of black cherry, raspberry, leather, tobacco, forest floor, and chocolate. Overall, it’s fairly light bodied and the flavors are on the milder side, making it a very approachable red blend.
