I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Restless

Pours a dark hazy chestnut brown with zero head retention, smells of brown sugar cookies, caramel, and cloves. The taste is rich and intense with flavors of molasses cookies, fig, toffee, raisin, and banana bread on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of orange peel, dry toasted cinnamon, burnt caramel, black tea, spicy/herbal hops, and a touch of yeasty funk. Overall this is very, very good. Bold and endlessly layered with flavors of dark sugars and baked goods; I don’t know if I will or not, but I’d love to get another bottle of this to age for 2-3 years.
