Smells of roasted coffee, butterscotch, and pecans. The taste is light and nutty with flavors of chocolate, caramel, and cherry on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and lightly acidic with virtually no bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, tart cherry, dark roast coffee, pecan praline, and a hint of apple cider vinegar. Overall, it’s not bad, I enjoy the low bitterness, and the nutty/roasted flavors are really nice, but wish at least one of these coffees didn’t taste borderline sour. As usual, cream doesn’t really change much, just makes it smoother.
