I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Paragon Cold Brew Coffee

Smells of chocolate, toasted bread, and coffee. The taste is bold and fruity with flavors of milk chocolate, blueberry, raspberry, and vanilla on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness with a mild acidity, featuring notes of dark chocolate, black coffee, red wine tannins, and subtle cinnamon. Overall, I like it better than monochrome, the acidity is a bit lower and the berry notes are nice. Adding cream just smooths it all out a bit more as expected. I’ve also reviewed beer made with this coffee.
