Thanks to my other pharmacist, my boss Bob for this beer! Hazy with light head retention, smells of soft doughy malt with a hint of floral honey. The taste is crisp and bready with notes of toasted bread and white pepper all paired to a medium body. The finish is short and low in bitterness with notes of spicy and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a solid, sessionable kölsch, very refreshing.
