I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Haze

The DIPA version of Daze.

Very hazy and lightly murky with solid head retention, smells of peach, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The taste is FRESH and juicy, with flavors of fresh orange juice, ripe peaches, grapefruit, pineapple, and mango on a smooth, somewhat slick full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of cantaloupe, lemon zest, melon rind, grapefruit, kiwi, and floral hops. Overall, this is SOOO freaking good! Like biting into a juicy peach while drinking a smoothie, this batch of this beer is perfect.

Canned on: 3/16/21 “NOT SO TEENY HAZE”

This is also a re-review from 10/31/19, below is the original:

Obviously hazy, flashlight shows a honey hued glow; head retention is minimal, smells of mango, papaya, pineapple, maybe some pine. The taste is crisp and dry with subtle citrus tones underneath and an almost chewy full body. The finish is long but low in bitterness, with citrus peel, pine, and herbal hop notes. Overall, another great IPA, definitely on par with offerings from The Alchemist, and again, extremely smooth and drinkable for a beer this strong. Definitely worth the trip if you’re in the area.
