I review the beers I drink

Rapscallion – O-Fest

Pours a clear amber color with minimal head retention, smells of toasted grains, caramel, and honey; very appealing. The taste is a rich toasted biscuit crispness up front with subtle notes of stone fruits underneath paired to a medium body. The finish is short and low in bitterness, with the classic herbal/grassy Noble hop character. Overall, this is an excellent Märzen beer, very complex yet effortlessly drinkable.
