I review the beers I drink

Rapscallion – Honey

My girlfriend’s dad picked me up some crowlers from a brewpub in Massachusetts, first one up is “Honey.” Clear golden yellow with light head retention, smells of honey, wildflowers, and subtle citrus. The taste is crisp and bready with notes of unbaked dough and soft floral honey, paired to a medium body. The finish is medium in duration and low in bitterness with floral, citrus, and grassy hop notes. Overall, it’s a very drinkable beer with a nice balance, and a little extra complexity from the honey; I love it.
