I review the beers I drink

Flying Bison – 716 IPA

Took a trip out to Buffalo recently, so I picked up a sampler of this brewery’s stuff to check out. Lightly hazy with decent head retention, smells of piney and spicy hops with a subtle toasty background. The taste is crisp and bready, with notes of toast and caramel backed up by a full body. The finish is long with moderate bitterness, featuring notes of pine, citrus peel, and herbal hop notes. Overall, this is a well balanced and very refreshing IPA, and I’m excited to see what else is in this pack!
