Dogfish Head – All Things Yet IPA

A “Botanical IPA” exclusive to the “IPAs for the Holidays” pack. Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of various botanicals reminiscent of gin; juniper and cardamom stand out most. The taste is crisp and herbaceous, even a little spicy, with juniper, lemon peel, and coriander standing out on topĀ  of some fruity malt sweetness in the background and a full body. The finish is long but low in bitterness with herbal, floral, and citrus hop notes, but also chamomile and hibiscus that remind one of fresh tea mixed with hops. Overall, they’ve done it again! DFH always makes fun, creative beers with masterful execution. This is so unique and yet so well balanced and complex that it’s instantly become one of my favorite IPAs.
