Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Common Roots – Daylight

Local brewery in South Glens Falls, NY. Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of citrus, mango, and papaya. The taste is crisp and bready with a very resinous, piney note underneath and a medium body. The finish is long but moderate in bitterness with lingering pine resin, citrus peel, and herbal hop flavors. Overall, not the flavor the aroma would suggest, the bittering hops must be different from the aroma hops, but I like it.
