Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Adirondack – Black Watch

Flashlight shows a hazy chocolate brown with tons of sediment floating around and decent head retention; smells of smoked malts and herbal hops. The taste is crisp and bready, with additional flavors of smoke, coffee, and peppery grains, however the body is on the watery side. The finish is long and moderately bitter with notes of herbal, citrus peel, and pine hops. Overall, it’s ok. Nothing new and a little watered down, but it’s inoffensive and drinkable.
