Taste is clean, and low in sweetness, but bready and smooth, with a medium body. Finish is similar to the nose, a great blend of earthy, herbal, and spicy hop flavors with an overall moderate bitterness that slowly fades to a remarkably clean, dry finale. This is what a pilsner should be: perfectly balanced between clean but distinctive malts and a blend of Old World hops, no skunky adjunct flavors anywhere, and a light, clean finish that begs for more sips; effortlessly sessionable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[106],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-938","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-pilsner-czech"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Samuel Adams two-row pale malt blend and Czech pilsner malt","hops":"All 5 "Noble" hops: Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Tettnang Tettnanger, Spalt Spalter, Saaz, Hersbrucker","additions":"","yeast":"Lager","abv":4.9,"ibu":34},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":5743},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/938","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=938"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/938\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":940,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/938\/revisions\/940"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=938"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=938"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=938"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=938"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
