The taste is sweet and dense with flavors of honey, fig, caramel, plum, toffee, and raisins on a smooth (and warming) full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of oak, caramel, tobacco, vanilla, and coffee. Overall this is very nice, perhaps the widest range of flavors of all of these sherries I have tried, particularly the oak. A nice bottle keep on hand to pair with desserts.

NO VINTAGE

[368
["post-7122","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-cream-sherry
"Each wine (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is matured, separately in its own solera for 12 years.
