The taste is bright and nutty with flavors of roasted walnut, peanut, pecan, and almond with hints of lemon and lime underneath. The finish is long and low in bitterness with a moderate acidity and featuring notes of roasted hazelnut, Brazil nut, brie, and herbal bitters. Overall, another surprise, I expected the nuttiness but not the bright acidity or warmer roasted flavors.
