The taste is bright and saline with flavors of almond, lemon, sea salt, and green apple on a light body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and moderately low acidity, featuring notes of macadamia, lemon zest, hazelnut, and lychee. Overall, this is quite good, a very pronounced yet pleasant salt note that really evokes the terroir of this wine quite well. As far as I can tell, a Manzanilla is basically just a Fino made in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, but it feels noticeably lighter and brighter than the other Finos, and with a wider variety of nutty flavors. Definitely a highlight of the style for me so far.

NO VINTAGE

[364
["post-7074","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-manzanilla-sherry
["GET
