The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of pear, lemon vinaigrette, and lychee on a light body. The finish is long and dry but low in bitterness and a lingering moderately acidity, featuring notes of oak, popsicle sticks,\u00a0 grape leaves, and subtle hazelnut. Overall, it&#8217;s a most intriguing wine, most definitely not what I expected, I didn&#8217;t really expect any nuttiness from a fino, but this definitely leads with that and oak, with lighter and brighter notes underneath.
