The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of apple juice, pear, strawberry lemonade, and pecan praline on a silky smooth light body. The finish is long and dry with a bright moderate acidity, featuring notes of lemon zest, Bananas Foster, hazelnut, sour cherry, honey-buttered rolls, oak, grape must, and a touch of sea salt.
