The taste is light and nutty with flavors of chocolate, caramel, and cherry on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and lightly acidic with virtually no bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, tart cherry, dark roast coffee, pecan praline, and a hint of apple cider vinegar. Overall, it&#8217;s not bad, I enjoy the low bitterness, and the nutty\/roasted flavors are really nice, but wish at least one of these coffees didn&#8217;t taste borderline sour.
