The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of sourdough, butter crackers, with subtle notes of pear and gorgonzola underneath the soft full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit pith, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it&#8217;s quite interesting, billed as a &#8220;West Coast style Foggy IPA&#8221; or in other words a hazy NEIPA but with old school West Coast hops. I like how it keeps the &#8220;soul&#8221; of a West Coast hop bomb but modernizes it with a pillowy soft body and invitingly bright haze.
