The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of blackberry, sourdough, wheat crackers, and wildflower honey on a fluffy soft full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of blackberry skins, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/beers\/luigi-francoli-grappa-di-nebbiolo\/\">grappa<\/a>, herbal hops, orange peel, and a touch of coriander. Overall, this is a nice berry forward wit, leaning towards oenobier with the tannins in the finish.
