I am completely new to sake, so this review should be interesting.

Smells of green apple, pear, and lychee. The taste is lightly sweet and fruity with flavors following the nose of green apple, pear, and lychee on a slick body with no burn. The finish is long and lightly bitter featuring notes of lavender, jasmine rice, and subtle alcohol. Overall, this is surprisingly tasty and complex! I would never have thought you could get all these flavors from rice, would definitely recommend if you want a sake in the $30-40 range.

“DOB 2025.04”

[336
["post-6634","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-sake
Junmai (no added alcohol), Daiginjo (rice polished to less than 50% of original grain size and slowly fermented at low temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees Celsius
["GET
